Univ. of Texas full-time position using advanced software (VR, +)

Screen Shot 2018-12-14 at 4.16.21 PM

From one of our alumni working for UT Center for Transportation Research in Dallas:

“Our research team in the DFW area is using computer visualization and virtual reality (VR) to help TxDOT on their large transportation projects. The use of VR is becoming increasingly sought after. We now have a defined need for one dedicated person to help us with this type of work. I am wondering if you have any recommendations of a student graduating either this December or in May 2019 who would want to work with our team in a full time position.

A job description is attached, but to summarize we would like to hire someone who has an interest and the talent in utilizing various computer and visualization technologies (including virtual reality) to help visualize engineering problems on large ($1 billion +) transportation construction projects. It is really a great opportunity to be on the cutting edge of all these technologies and their professional application on some of the marquee public-sector transportation projects in Texas.”
